- Payment information: billing address and payment method details. Note: full card numbers are processed by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor and are never stored on our servers;

- Usage data: pages visited, features used, search queries, and interaction patterns;
- Device data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and time zone;

If you sign in using a third-party service (e.g., Google), we may receive basic profile information such as your name and email address, subject to that service's privacy settings.

- Your public profile and messages are removed within 30 days;
- Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by Australian tax law;
- Identity verification documents are deleted within 90 days of account closure;
- Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days before being purged.
